19 December was founded in 2002 in Novi Sad by a husband-and-wife team with a simple idea: make it easier for local pastry kitchens to get quality chocolate and confectionery ingredients, reliably and without guesswork.
Over the years we built real production capacity — enough that we've supplied some of Serbia's largest cake makers, and even produced chocolate for major ice cream brands. Today that same capacity goes into serving pastry and cake shops directly.
We're still a small, dedicated team, but our machinery gives us the capacity to supply with confidence. We now work with 100+ pastry and cake shops across Serbia, and every improvement to our catalog, payments, and delivery communication comes from listening to the kitchens we serve.
